In the United States right now, there is a great divide among its people. Our current President and future presidents should read the book of Proverbs in order to gain godly wisdom. Our world lacks wisdom which is causing it to stumble. Godly wisdom can change the coming tsunami. Do we desire it?
Pro 1:10 My son, if sinners lure you, do not go along ( Read Proverbs 1:8-19)
Lessons
1. It is easy to follow the crowd but it takes courage to follow the righteousness of God.
2. Godly discipline keeps you free from worldly bondage and corruption.
3. Evil seems right for just a moment until after the act as been completed.
4. Evil people seek to do harm to others without remorse or care in the world. This path leads to destruction.
5. Greed takes away life. The world seeks riches and the easiness of life. Greed forms in many a heart and snares them for eternity.
God is calling us to a life of wisdom and understanding, not greed and vainglory. We need his wisdom in our lives, workplaces, marriages, relationships, and every area.
