When I was a teenager, my adopted grandmother had me read the whole book of proverbs. I spent months studying every sentence and passage of scripture. I remember crying out to the Lord many times for Him to give me wisdom. I felt like I was a teenager who was beyond his years. That is why and how I got married at 19 and had children at a young age. Wisdom, from the Lord, is the one thing that can cause the Christian to be successful in the world. God’s wisdom never fails and never steers the believer in the wrong direction.
