Relevant Life

The world is quickly departing the belief in a one true God. Many rather put their faith in evolution, reincarnation, self, or no religion at all. In America, Christianity is being attacked and being redefined as a group that is racists and lacks vision for the future. Many Christians are leaving the faith as well and turning to a worldly neutral belief system.

1Timothy 4:1-2 GW  The Spirit says clearly that in later times some believers will desert the Christian faith. They will follow spirits that deceive, and they will believe the teachings of demons.  (2)  These people will speak lies disguised as truth. Their consciences have been scarred as if branded by a red-hot iron.

2Peter 3:3-5 GW  First, you must understand this: In the last days people who follow their own desires will appear. These disrespectful people will ridicule God\’s promise  (4)  by saying, \”What\’s happened to his promise to return? Ever since our ancestors died, everything continues as it did from the beginning of the world.\”  (5)  They are deliberately ignoring one fact: Because of God\’s word, heaven and earth existed a long time ago. The earth appeared out of water and was kept alive by water.

It is easy and cowardly to follow one’s own desires instead of following what is holy and right. The world would let us believe that following God is a mindless act. Christians are being degraded to hinderances in society’s advancements. What do you think will happen next? Will the world tolerate a group of people who they have deemed as enemies of the state? I believe the tolerance will disappear in the next couple of years. Many more Christians will leave the faith for fear of the persecution or will bunker down in false teachings about Christ. The Departure will be huge and recognized by the world. Christianity will cease to be the largest religion in the world. What will the real Christians do? How will we handle the departure?

I feel very confident. As the great Departure happens, I believe a great movement of God will happen. Many believers who have decided to remain in the teachings of Christ will be used mightily by the Lord. Western Christianity will change immensely from it’s current form and will look more like the churches presently in China. What can you do during this time?

1. Remain faithful to the teachings of Christ.

2. Guard your heart from corrupt versions of God’s truth.

3. Be the vessel of hope that God has called you to be.

4. Be open to God’s supernatural realm and live in that realm.

5. Be open to God’s new paradigm for mankind.

The Departure is coming but we don’t have to be afraid. We can be ready and open for what God will do next. He is not finished with this world yet and He is looking for open vessels who will spread is message of hope to the world. Be open, be pliable, be prepared.
